Currently there only two ways to raise a ticket.
Options 1: Helpdesk Portal (Recommended Options)
Please visit our helpdesk portal using the link below to raise a ticket.
Note: You don't need to login in order to raise a ticket but however you would need to login if you need to check your existing tickets.
Options 2: Email Us
You can email to our support email address below to raise a ticket which will automatically create a ticket for you.
Important Note: On both the options, once your ticket is created successfully, you will receive a notification email from our side to confirm that the ticket was created with a ticket id for your future reference.
For urgent tickets, you can also call us at our support number 075950929, please make sure you have your ticket id handy.
